Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
3. Sending and receiving emails
4. Managing files
5. Answering the phone
6. Learning how to use Service Auto Pilot (software that runs our business)
7. Day to day operation matters
8. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and events
9. Working with other office staff to complete daily tasks
10. Assisting with all aspects of administrative management
